Our return policy applies to bonafide shops, makers and dealers who have a valid tax identification number ONLY & is subject to change.
If you need to return an item(s), send an e-mail to sales@specialtyviolin.com describing the item(s) and the reason for return.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. When returning an item(s) please be careful to wrap it securely and enclose a copy of the invoice. A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned items.
