All of our Stanhope PictureLens's are Hand-Made using several custom processes including the manufacture of a special glass magnifying lens. Very strict standards and controls are applied to obtain a high resolution and stability. Your stanhope lens should last for many generations to come, but it is a delicate item that could become damaged by abuse such as rough handling, careless installation, solvent contact, or temperature extremes. Thereby, though we strive for customer satisfaction, we cannot replace any item that has been improperly treated or abused. Returns are permissable within 10 days if our service or product is not as described. No returns on custom items. If you need to return an item(s), send an e-mail to sales@stanhopemicroworks.com describing the item(s) and the reason for return. All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. When returning an item(s) please be careful to wrap it securely and enclose a copy of the invoice.
