RETURN/REFUND POLICY Friday, July 30, 2010

TO BETTER PROTECT ALL OF US PLEASE READ:

Due to the tremendous increase in credit card fraud originating from web-based "Red Flag e-mail Domains", non-ISP e-mail domains, we no longer accept orders from such domains.
Every order is screened for possible fraud before processing.

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

* any un-used products in its original condition.
* any other merchandise item in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories also in new condition for a full refund. A restocking charge of 10% may be charged on return items. USED AND CUSTOM MADE EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Custom orders are only confirmed and processed, when we receive a non refundable 30% deposit at the order. The balance is due upon shipping.

We work hard to make sure all items are shipped in a timely manner. However, some items are shipped directly from manufacturers with the possibilities of items beeing out of stock, backorders, wrong size or colors. Therefore delivery may fluctuate from time to time.

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item in our web-catalog that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs, only if the return is a result of our error.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of a copy of your invoice. Enclose the copy in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on the invoice.

If you have any problem with any equipment after 60 days, we recomend that you contact the manufacturer directly regarding any warranty questions. This will help you save time and money on shipping charges.

If upon receipt and inspection of your order you find any discrepancy, please contact us immediately so we can resolve any problem efficiently.

All Rigs & Things Paraservice orders are shipped fully insured in high quality packaging. Please refuse to accept any order in a damaged box or package. If there is any concealed damage to a shipment, contact us immediately. We will assist with correcting the problem as soon as possible.

For your protection, please use UPS/Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
