Description
The Nitro is a canopy for a broad range of skydiving experience levels. It is the perfect
symbiosis between aggressiveness and security. Depending upon wing loading and piloting, the Nitro can fly leisurely or extremely fast. Recommended wing loadings range from 1.1 to 1.7 pounds per square foot. Of course, less experienced jumpers should stay at or near the minimum loadings. Due to its precise flight characteristics, many veteran skydivers have preferred the Nitro for countless thousands of jumps.
The Nitro is fitted with proven Technora lines (also called H.A.M.). It is available in sizes of 78 to 150 sq.ft. The Canopy is only to be flown by those with at least 500 jumps for wing loadings above 1.3 punds per square foot.
The Nitro comes equipped with soft connector links, brass slider grommets, and 200 kg Technora lines. 750 kg Technora is utilized for the control lines.

Additional Information
Winglets:
The Winglets, which are attached to the upper surface of the canopy, add stability in several ways. Inspired by airplanes and paragliders, we transferred this technology to our canopies. They provide for better recovery from steep carving turns, and improve directional control during cross-wind landings. They also help to prevent the diving effect of line twists that is often associated with eliptical canopies.
Leading Edge:
The leading is attached spanwise as a single piece of fabric to the upper surface of the canopy. The lower edge is fastened to each rib by small tapes. In test jumps this type of leading edge has proven to effectively stabilized the canopy during the landing flare.
Profile:
The profile (or rib shape) of the canopy is designed to provide optimal lift. Airflow separation is effected very late and is extremely good natured. The pilot will not experience the typical
